OMAPS — Jiu-Jitsu for All
At Team Masters Nyon, we believe sport is a right for every child — regardless of their differences.
OMAPS (Optimized Martial Arts Program for Special Needs) is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program specifically designed for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), levels 1 and 2, aged 4 to 12. Developed by Abdoullah Diabate, a BJJ black belt instructor, OMAPS is built on a structured method combining adapted BJJ techniques, sensory integration, and individualized monitoring. Each 45-minute session follows a 5-phase protocol designed to provide every child with a reassuring, predictable, and stimulating environment.
